Please be aware that this is an informational announcement provided to our customers as a proactive courtesy. Action on your part may not be required in all cases. Below are the details of this announcement:
When: Tue 2023-04-19 12:00 PM ET
What: On Feb 19 12:00 PM ET, we will be migrating external subscribers from UrgentNotices to Site24x7. No action is needed from Secure Web Appliance (SWA/WSA) subscribers and they can ignore this notice.
Expected Impact: This change will require customers wishing to receive alerts for Cisco Secure Email Gateway (ESA) and its components to confirm subscription and select components they wish to receive notifications for.
Recommendations: We will be performing an import of subscribed external users from UrgentNotices to Site24x7 where the current status page resides, resulting in you receiving an email with subject "Cisco Secure Email | Subscribe to email notifications" from sender address noreply@ces.cisco.com.
For customers wishing to subscribe can use the "Confirm Subscription" button in the email to validate the subscription and manage components to subscribe to. If you do not wish to receive notifications for upcoming incidents and maintenance for Secure Email, no action is required on your end and the email can be ignored.
Component descriptions for Cisco Secure Email Gateway (ESA) On-Premise customers:
Malware Protection – For notices related to AMP, TG, SecureX, Sophos and McAfee Reputation Services – For notices related to IP/Domain/Web reputation services, Web Interaction Tracking Security Services – For notices related to all security engines such as antispam, graymail, outbreak, updater, data loss prevention, CRES Others/General Maintenance – For all miscellaneous notices
