Problem Description

Emails were held up (spooled) on one of the CRES application nodes.

Problem Symptoms

When CRES users sent encrypted emails and/or responded to encrypted emails via the WebSafe portal, a portion of those emails went undelivered.

Workaround/Solution

Upon discovery of the impacted CRES node and restart of the service, email messages were flowing normally.
