What: On Feb 22 11:00 AM EDT, Cisco Secure Email status page will be moving to a new location, incidents going forward will be posted and tracked at https://status.ces.cisco.com/.
Expected Impact: This change will require customers wishing to receive alerts for Cisco Secure Email Gateway (ESA) and its components to bookmark and subscribe to the URL provided above. No changes are needed for Cisco Secure Web Gateway (WSA), notices for WSA will continue to be posted and tracked here at https://urgentnotices.statuspage.io/.
Recommendations: Cisco Secure Email users will need to navigate to https://status.ces.cisco.com/ and click on the Subscribe button to subscribe an email address or manage existing subscriptions.
For new users, enter your name and email address to subscribe. You will need to validate the subscription using an email confirmation link, and select components you wish to receive notifications for.
For existing users, generate manage link for your subscribed email address to securely access the manage subscription page, select components to subscribe and save preferences.
