The Cisco Secure Malware Analytics (Threat Grid) Cloud services for both Europe (https://panacea.threatgrid.eu) and North America (https://panacea.threatgrid.com) will have a planned maintenance window on Saturday, February 5th 2022 between 16:00 and 22:00 UTC (six hours in total).
File Analysis, Portal (Panacea), API and Integration Services is expected to be unavailable during the maintenance. Only one major geography will be unavailable at a time.
Maintenance will start with the EU cloud service, and this will complete before work on the North America service begins. Maintenance on the North America service will only begin once the EU service has been confirmed as up and running.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. We understand the downtime in this window is lengthy, however it is required for service resiliency and scalability. For any questions, please contact the Cisco Technical Assistance Center.
