Please be aware that this is a reminder announcement for Secure Email customers as a proactive courtesy. Action on your part may not be required in all cases. Below are the details of this announcement:
When: Tue 2023-05-17 09:00 AM ET
What: Since Feb 22, Secure Email maintenance and notifications are posted at https://status.ces.cisco.com/. No action is needed from Secure Web Appliance (SWA/WSA) subscribers and they can ignore this notice.
Expected Impact: This change will require customers wishing to receive alerts for Cisco Secure Email Gateway (ESA/CES) and its components to subscribe and select components they wish to receive notifications for.
Recommendations: If not already done, this is a reminder that customers can visit https://status.ces.cisco.com/ and click on the Subscribe button to subscribe or manage existing subscriptions. Generate manage link for your subscribed email address to securely access the manage subscription page, select components to subscribe and save preferences.
